PT Tiens Indonesia Logistics Trading is a company operating in the logistics and trading sector. As a Product Registration Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company products comply with Indonesian regulations, facilitating a smooth product launch process. You will work from the Jakarta Utara office, collaborating closely with marketing and product development teams to navigate the regulatory landscape. Your primary duties involve preparing and submitting registration documents to relevant authorities, including BPOM, KEMENKES, DEPERINDAG, MUI, and BPJPH. You will monitor the progress of these registrations, maintain comprehensive records, and conduct market research to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to streamline registration processes and provide expert guidance to internal teams regarding compliance requirements.
Tanggung jawab: Preparing and submitting product registration documents to relevant regulatory authorities; Monitoring the progress of product registrations and liaising with authorities for timely approvals; Staying updated on the latest regulations from agencies like BPOM, KEMENKES, DEPERINDAG, MUI, and BPJPH; Conducting market research on changing regulations and industry best practices; Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to provide guidance on requirements; Maintaining comprehensive records of all product registrations and related documentation; Identifying opportunities to streamline the registration process and implementing improvements.
Kualifikasi: Familiar with technical documentation, quality management, and product or factory certification; Knowledge of regulations issued by agencies such as BPOM, KEMENKES, DEPERINDAG, MUI, and BPJPH.
