Posisi HSE Inspector (Project Based) berperan penting dalam memimpin inspeksi K3 serta memastikan pemenuhan kepatuhan keselamatan kerja di berbagai lokasi proyek telekomunikasi, fasilitas kantor, dan area operasional lainnya. Tugas utama mencakup pemantauan prosedur keselamatan, investigasi potensi bahaya, serta fasilitasi pertemuan keselamatan kerja.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct HSE inspections and safety compliance fulfillment at telecommunication sites, project locations, and offices; Monitor compliance with HSE procedures, HSE requirements, permit-to-work requirements, and safe work practices; Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions; Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and facilitate toolbox meetings and safety briefings; Support emergency preparedness activities, HSE campaigns and communication; Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate inspection and compliance records; Follow up and verification closing evidence based on the findings; Analyze the findings to create improvements for prevent repetitive findings.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline; Minimum 2 years of experience conducting site HSE inspections and verifying HSE compliance in telecommunications, construction, infrastructure, EPC, or other high-risk industries; Demonstrated experience in monitoring compliance with HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and applicable regulations at operational or project sites; Good understanding of HSE regulations, HSE Requirements, incident investigation, and contractor safety management; Familiar with SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Holding a General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification and others HSE Certificate will be considered an advantage; Willing to travel frequently and work at project sites across Indonesia (especially Maluku & Papua area).
