Posisi QC Lubricant Lab Supervisor berlokasi di PT Baria Bulk Terminal, Merak, Cilegon, dan bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin operasional laboratorium serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kualitas dan keselamatan kerja. Peran ini menuntut keahlian teknis tingkat lanjut dalam pengujian kualitas pelumas, pemahaman mendalam tentang formulasi serta proses pencampuran pelumas, serta kemampuan analisis data laboratorium yang akurat. Selain pengawasan teknis, supervisor ini juga bertugas memimpin tim laboratorium secara efektif, mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan, menerapkan sistem penjaminan mutu dan standar ISO, serta memastikan seluruh rangkaian pengujian produk kimia maupun petrokimia berjalan sesuai dengan praktik terbaik laboratorium industri.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricant laboratories, petrochemical laboratories, or related industries; Strong background in chemical analysis and laboratory testing; Lubricant formulation; Lubricant blending processes; Quality Control (QC); Product development and performance evaluation; Proficient in analyzing and interpreting laboratory data and test results; Familiar with lubricant testing methods and laboratory instruments; Good understanding of quality assurance systems and laboratory best practices; Proficient in written and spoken English; Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and team management skills; Able to lead laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; Hands-on experience in:; Experience managing laboratory teams and laboratory operations; Knowledge of ISO standards and laboratory accreditation systems; Experience in petrochemical, specialty chemicals, or lubricant manufacturing industries.
