Sebuah perusahaan infrastruktur dan telekomunikasi membuka kesempatan bagi profesional Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja untuk bergabung sebagai HSE Inspector berbasis proyek di wilayah Sumbagteng. Posisi ini memegang peran penting dalam memastikan seluruh operasional di lapangan mematuhi prosedur K3 yang ketat guna meminimalisir risiko kecelakaan kerja. Anda akan bertanggung jawab melakukan inspeksi keselamatan secara berkala di lokasi proyek, memantau kepatuhan terhadap regulasi izin kerja, mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, serta memfasilitasi pertemuan keselamatan seperti toolbox meeting. Peran ini juga mencakup investigasi insiden, penanganan manajemen keselamatan kontraktor, penyusunan laporan HSE, serta verifikasi tindakan korektif demi tercipta lingkungan kerja yang aman.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline; Minimum 2 years of experience conducting site HSE inspections and verifying HSE compliance in telecommunications, construction, infrastructure, EPC, or other high-risk industries; Demonstrated experience in monitoring compliance with HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and applicable regulations at operational or project sites; Good understanding of HSE regulations, HSE Requirements, incident investigation, and contractor safety management; Familiar with SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Holding a General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification and others HSE Certificate will be considered an advantage; Willing to travel frequently and work at project sites across Indonesia (especially Sumbagteng).
