Abhati Group Holding, located in Sunter, North Jakarta, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team immediately. This role involves full ownership of HR functions, including Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance. The HR Manager will act as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior management, leading group-level HR strategies and policies. The role requires a critical thinker with mature leadership skills to oversee competency-based learning, performance management, and organizational development initiatives, while also managing HR and GA teams.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and implement group-level HR strategies, policies, and governance; Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and senior management; Manage competency-based learning, performance management, and leadership development; Oversee compensation & benefit and labor compliance frameworks; Manage employee and industrial relations; Drive organization development, structure design, and change management; Lead and develop HR and GA teams.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field; 5-10 years of experience as an HR Manager; Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations; Critical thinker, mature leadership, integrity, excellent communication skills.
