Perusahaan bergerak di industri Retail / Supermarket Chain yang berlokasi di Jakarta mencari Head of Business untuk memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh operasional supermarket secara end-to-end, mencakup rantai pasok, merchandising, penjualan, serta manajemen laba. Peran ini bertanggung jawab mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis dan ekspansi pasar sejalan dengan tujuan strategis perusahaan, serta melaporkan kinerja secara langsung kepada Dewan Direksi atau CEO.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee end-to-end supermarket operations, including supply chain, merchandising, sales, and profit management; Drive business growth and market expansion in alignment with the company's strategic objectives; Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions; Monitor and improve operational efficiency across all supermarket branches; Ensure strong supplier relationships and effective supply chain management; Manage financial performance, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability; Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in Southeast Asia; Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the operations and business teams; Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards; Report directly to the Board of Directors/CEO with regular business updates and strategic recommendations.
