Our food philosophy is rooted in nourishment, sustainability, and flavor—using fresh, whole ingredients to support a healthy and conscious lifestyle. The Head Chef leads the culinary team at Reload Sanctuary, overseeing all kitchen operations while developing and executing a health-focused, wellness-driven menu . This role combines culinary leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of nutritious cooking aligned with our sanctuary values.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step

- Experience in wellness retreats, resorts, health cafés, or lifestyle-focused restaurants
- Background in nutrition, plant-based cuisine, or holistic food practices
- Creative and forward-thinking culinary approach
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations and culinary staff
- Design and develop healthy, balanced, and flavorful menus
- Whole and minimally processed ingredients
- Plant-forward and clean-eating concepts
- Accommodation of dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Oversee food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards
- Manage food costs, inventory, and waste reduction
- Train, mentor, and inspire the culinary team
- Collaborate with management on guest experiences, events, and wellness programs
