Financial Controller Location: Canggu Position: Financial Controller Experience Level: Minimum 3 Years About Us Join Alfred in Bali villa management and marketing. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and detail-driven Financial Controller to lead our finance operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role is perfect for someone with a strong accounting background in hospitality or Villa Management and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and process improvement. Key Responsibilities ● Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations across multiple villa units and corporate entities. ● Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. ● Develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and long-term financial projections. ● Strengthen internal controls, financial SOPs, and risk management processes to ensure compliance and operational integrity. ● Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh, PBJT, and other relevant taxes). ● Conduct financial analysis and provide executive-level insights to the Co-Founder and General Manager to support strategic decision-making. Oversee consolidation of financial data from Operations, Villa Management, ● Lead annual financial planning, CAPEX evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.
