Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager memegang peran kepemimpinan strategis dalam memandu peramalan keuangan, penganggaran, dan analisis kinerja secara langsung bersama jajaran direksi. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas operasional fiskal, pengawasan harian akuntansi perusahaan, perbendaharaan, optimasi modal kerja, perencanaan pajak perusahaan yang optimal, serta penegakan kontrol internal yang ketat untuk mitigasi risiko keuangan.
Tanggung jawab: Guide financial forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis directly alongside the executive board; Oversee all day-to-day accounting, corporate treasury and working capital optimization strategies; Mastermind corporate tax planning, ensure full legal compliance and manage relationship with local tax authorities; Mitigate financial risk by enforcing rigorous internal audits, governance frameworks and data-driven cost controls.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 7 - 10 years in senior finance roles, preferably within manufacturing, distribution or building materials; Advanced knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B/C), PSAK, IFRS accounting standards, and ERP financial systems; Strong executive presence with a track record of managing high performing finance teams and advising C-suite leaders.
