Posisi ini berfokus pada pengembangan proses di bidang Food & Beverage, khususnya untuk operasional toko. Staf ini akan bekerja dengan basis di Central Kitchen namun memiliki mobilitas tinggi untuk melakukan kunjungan ke toko-toko sesuai kebutuhan. Peran ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses produksi makanan dan operasional dapur/toko untuk memastikan efisiensi dan kualitas yang konsisten.
Tanggung jawab: Developing and understanding SOPs and process flows; Conducting store visits as required; Managing food production processes.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Process Engineering, Production, Product Development, Kitchen/Restaurant Operations, or Continuous Improvement; Good understanding of food production processes and kitchen/store operations; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Able to develop and understand SOPs and process flows; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel; Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and possesses a continuous improvement mindset; Good communication and coordination skills; Willing to travel/mobile to stores as required; Able to work independently and as part of a team.
