Kami membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga kerja harian (Daily Worker) untuk bergabung sebagai Bartender yang siap memberikan pelayanan terbaik di lingkungan restoran mewah, hotel, atau bar berkelas. Posisi ini menuntut profesionalisme tinggi dalam meracik dan menyajikan berbagai minuman sesuai standar perusahaan, serta menjaga kebersihan dan kelancaran operasional area bar secara menyeluruh. Fresh graduate dipersilakan untuk melamar.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, wine, and other drinks according to company standards; Ensure consistency, quality, and proper presentation of all beverages; Provide professional and friendly service to guests in a fine-dining environment; Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area and equipment; Check and maintain bar stock, ingredients, and equipment; Follow proper beverage handling, service, and safety procedures; Coordinate with the Bar and Service teams to ensure smooth operations; Assist with opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine-dining restaurant, hotel, or upscale bar; Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and other beverages; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail and presentation; Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented; Good teamwork and positive attitude; Willing to work on a Daily Worker (DW) basis , including weekends and public holidays; Good communication in English is preferred; Abile to join immediately.
