PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras mencari Kasir yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim di Cutt & Grill, PIK. Posisi kontrak ini berbasis di Tangerang Selatan, Banten, dan berperan penting dalam menjaga pengalaman pelanggan yang positif serta manajemen keuangan yang akurat di bisnis hospitality kami. Sebagai kasir, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memproses transaksi pembayaran, memberikan layanan pelanggan yang profesional, serta memastikan operasional di titik penjualan berjalan lancar. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim pelayanan dan dapur untuk memastikan efisiensi layanan secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Process customer payments accurately using the point of sale (POS) system for dining transactions; Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods with precision and honesty; Provide courteous and professional service to customers at the checkout counter; Balance cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift; Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare daily financial reports; Address customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security; Keep the checkout area clean, organised and well-stocked with necessary supplies; Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery; Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality of financial transactions.
