Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Min. 3-5 years of previous experience in banking operations, international remittance, treasury operations, compliance, or related functions
• Strong understanding of international payment and fund transfer processes
• Existing professional relationships with senior personnel at bank headquarters, particularly within Treasury, Compliance, Operations, or similar departments
• Prior experience with state-owned Banking Company is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively under significant pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Professional working proficiency in English is required
• Mandarin capability will be a plus
• Willing to be available on-call at all times when urgent situations require immediate attention

Tanggung Jawab

• 1. Banking Operations
• Process and monitor incoming and outgoing transactions through corporate banking platforms
• Coordinate with partner banks to resolve transaction discrepancies, payment failures, and system-related issues
• Monitor daily banking activities to ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time
• Escalate operational issues and follow up until resolution
• 2. Banking Partner Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with partner banks
• Handle banking-related requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with banking partners
• 3. Foreign Exchange (FX) Operations
• Monitor foreign exchange (FX) rates and support FX transaction processing
• Process and record FX transactions in both internal systems and banking platforms
• Ensure the accuracy of FX documentation and transaction records
• 4. Administration & Documentation
• Prepare banking documents, official letters, and supporting documentation as required
• Maintain accurate records of banking transactions and operational activities
• Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and banking requirements
• 5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Hong Kong customer and Indonesia teams to support daily banking operations
• Collaborate internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and banking processes
• Daily reporting to Indonesian team management
