Optimus Auto Trading Pte Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Website Admin Intern with a strong interest in the automotive industry. This role will support our digital operations by managing and updating car listings on our company website. Key Responsibilities: Upload car listings and photos to the company website Write clear and accurate descriptions based on vehicle specifications provided by the sales team Ensure all information posted is correct, complete, and up-to-date Perform regular checks on the website for layout, image quality, and data accuracy Edit car photos and tidy up listings on the website (old listings must be reviewed, deleted if outdated, and re-uploaded if necessary) Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for updates on available stock Assist with other digital admin tasks as needed Requirements: Active university student or recent graduate in Communication, IT, Design, or a related field Detail-oriented with strong data entry and writing skills Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) Able to work independently and as part of a team
