Pepito Culinary merupakan bagian dari Pepito Group, sebuah bisnis ritel dan kuliner premium yang mapan di Bali. Kami mengoperasikan berbagai konsep makanan dan minuman, termasuk toko roti, kafe, dan gerai grab-and-go dengan komitmen tinggi terhadap kualitas produk dan pengalaman pelanggan. Sebagai Waiter/Waitress, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa. Tugas Anda meliputi menyambut tamu, menjelaskan menu, mencatat pesanan, menyajikan makanan dan minuman, serta memastikan area makan tetap bersih dan nyaman bagi pelanggan. Anda akan bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan berorientasi pada kepuasan tamu.
Tanggung jawab: Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival; Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when needed; Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar team; Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards; Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests; Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally; Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations; Process bills and payments accurately when required; Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards; Support daily restaurant operations and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in restaurants, cafés, or the F&B industry is preferred; Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Friendly, polite, proactive, and customer-oriented personality; Able to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Good personal grooming and hygiene; Candidates currently residing in Bali are preferred.
