Torotoro Handroll Bar is a Japanese Handroll Bar located in Pererenan, Badung, Bali. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests through high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will serve as the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels valued and leaves with a memorable impression of our restaurant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the entire guest service cycle, from the initial warm greeting and seating to taking accurate orders and delivering food and beverages promptly. You will maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently, and act as a knowledgeable representative of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations to our diners.
Tanggung jawab: Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures; Presenting menus promptly and answering questions about our offerings, specials, and recommendations; Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff; Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner whilst maintaining high standards of presentation; Ensuring glasses are filled, plates are cleared promptly, and tables remain clean throughout the dining experience; Processing payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system; Addressing guest concerns and complaints professionally and courteously, escalating to management when necessary; Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations; Assisting with table setup, breakdown, and general cleanliness of the dining.
