Bottega Italiana Bali is an established and growing restaurant group that operates multiple Italian dining concepts across the island of Bali. The company is dedicated to providing authentic culinary experiences and is currently seeking a service-oriented Senior Waitress to join their professional team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service to ensure a positive dining experience. Key duties include taking orders, ensuring food and beverages are served accurately, and coordinating daily service operations while supporting the restaurant team. The Senior Waitress will also be expected to train and guide junior waitstaff, handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, ensure cleanliness and compliance with service standards, and accurately operate POS systems for order and payment management.

Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment; Previous experience as a Senior Waitress or team leader is preferred; Familiar with POS systems, especially MOKA; Good communication skills; Basic conversational English; Strong customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; Responsible, proactive, and well-groomed; Able to work under pressure; Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Must be domiciled in Bali and available for an offline interview in Bali.
