Vice President of Finance memegang kendali penuh dalam memimpin seluruh rangkaian aktivitas keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan secara end-to-end, yang mencakup penyusunan anggaran (budgeting), pengelolaan arus kas (cash flow), fasilitas pinjaman (loan), piutang dan utang usaha (AR/AP), pelaporan keuangan komprehensif, perpajakan, hingga penerapan pengendalian keuangan yang ketat. Peran kepemimpinan eksekutif ini bertanggung jawab mengawasi proses akuntansi secara menyeluruh, penutupan buku akhir bulan, manajemen audit eksternal, pengelolaan aset tetap, serta memastikan kepatuhan penuh terhadap regulasi perpajakan dan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Di samping itu, posisi ini terlibat aktif dalam meninjau analisis anggaran serta profitabilitas proyek sebelum mendapatkan persetujuan Direksi, memantau kinerja finansial secara berkala, mengidentifikasi risiko serta varians, dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis yang aplikatif kepada manajemen guna mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan terutama dalam industri telekomunikasi, teknologi, infrastruktur, maupun layanan berbasis jasa.
Tanggung jawab: Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting activities, including budgeting, cash flow, loan, AR/AP, financial reporting, tax, and financial control; Oversee full-set accounting, month-end closing, and preparation of accurate and timely management reports; Manage external audit process and ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements; Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures; Oversee fixed asset management, including asset registration, movement, reconciliation, depreciation, and periodic verification; Review budget and profitability analysis of project prior to approval of Directors; Monitor financial performance, identify risks and variances, and provide practical recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications (CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent) are a plus; 10+ years of relevant experience, with proven leadership experience across Finance/Accounting and broader business or commercial operations; Strong full-set accounting and financial management experience, including budgeting, cash flow, management reporting, audit, tax, and internal controls; Solid experience managing external audits and fixed assets; Proven ability to lead or oversee business/operational teams, preferably in an ISP, telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or service-based business; Comfortable working across functions and managing operational details, not purely a finance-focused role; Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills; Hands-on, structured, detail-oriented, and able to work with a high level of ownership; Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
