Posisi ini bertindak sebagai pemimpin dan pengelola aktivitas harian serta kinerja tim Field Collection di perusahaan fintech. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pemantauan kunjungan lapangan, pencapaian target penagihan, serta pemberian pembinaan kepada petugas agar operasional berjalan optimal sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, monitor, and manage the daily activities and performance of the Field Collection team; Ensure collection targets and recovery rates are achieved according to company KPIs; Monitor field visits, productivity, attendance, and collection performance; Assign collection areas/accounts and ensure effective portfolio coverage; Provide coaching, briefing, and regular performance feedback to Collection Officers; Handle escalated cases and support the team in resolving difficult customer accounts; Prepare daily/weekly collection performance reports and provide updates to management; Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations; Coordinate with related teams such as Collection, Risk, Operations, and HR to improve collection performance.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Collection, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services; Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor; Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Target-oriented and able to manage a field-based team; Willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned area; Familiar with collection processes, recovery strategies, and field operations.
