Lead operational team to manage and control all transactions processing and reporting being done accurately in timely manner, in compliant to the BI regulations, CTBCI P&P, other Government regulations / related regulatory bodies Ensure high quality of service delivery to internal and external customers Manage subordinates’ administration, coaching and development, performance appraisal, skills and knowledge upgrade, capacity review and fulfilment Be accountable to T & O Director in achieving Operations Group Targets
