Posisi Transport Trading Officer bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola ketersediaan stok bahan kimia dan gudang, administrasi SAP, operasional gudang, keselamatan, kualitas, serta kedisiplinan tim. Peran ini memastikan kelancaran proses SC, GR, dan GI secara tepat waktu, pencapaian KPI operasional dan kualitas, kepatuhan terhadap standar yang berlaku, serta perbaikan berkelanjutan melalui pelaporan operasional yang teratur.
Tanggung jawab: Controlling stock chemical availability; Responsible for ensuring the timeliness of SAP administration; Respond to operational conditionsResponsible for the implementation of SC, GR, GI work in a timely manner; Fulfill quality objectives every month; Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline; Ensure smooth stock of the hospital; Controlling the availability of CCP presure gauges; Responsible in maintaining and maintaining chemical and BE goods and hygiene at Warehouse location; Responsible to achieve KPI respectively; Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies; Responsible for the implementation of work discipline; Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP); Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment (equipment) and cleanliness at the work site; Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head; Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from foreman; Job Requirements :.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing; Familiar with SAP and warehouse/inventory management; Good understanding of stock control, safety, and quality standards; Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Willing to be located in Marunda, North Jakarta; Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person..
