Job Desk Driver Management : Responsible for driver recruitment, scheduling, attendance assessment, and team management Scheduling Management : Coordinate resource allocation and route planning for self-operated and third-party vehicles to meet daily transportation needs; track vehicle delivery status, handle various exceptions during the delivery process, and ensure transportation timeliness Operational Quality Management : Responsible for monitoring the quality of transportation services, handling store complaints; managing exceptions such as damage and lost items, and continuously improving transportation quality Fuel Consumption and Cost Control : Monitor vehicle fuel consumption, establish fuel consumption ledger, analyze abnormal fuel consumption, and formulate fuel-saving measures; Vehicle Management :Responsible for the acceptance, return, and daily condition management of leased vehicles; manages vehicle certificates, insurance, and other procedures to ensure that vehicles have complete certificates and are in compliance during the lease period Safety Management : Implement safety management and be responsible for the safety of people and vehicles Job Requirements : 1.More than 3 years of experience in fleet or logistics transportation management 2.Familiar with vehicle operation, maintenance, fuel consumption management, and cost control, and adept at using data analysis to optimize operations 3.Possesses strong scheduling and coordination, as well as exception handling capabilities 4.Speaks Chinese and local Indonesian languages 5.Familiar with local traffic regulations, road conditions, and driver management in Indonesia
