Job Description Analyze warehouse operational processes and identify system improvement opportunities Gather and document business requirements from warehouse users and related departments Coordinate with China HQ teams, IT teams, and vendors regarding system development, enhancement, and troubleshooting Act as liaison between local warehouse operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders Monitor Warehouse Management System (WMS) performance and ensure smooth daily operations Conduct system testing (UAT) and support system implementation projects Create SOPs, system documentation, and operational reports Provide training and system support for warehouse users Ensure data accuracy and system integration between warehouse operations and related platforms Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 1–2 years experience as System Analyst / WMS Support / IT Support Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and logistics operations Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) is mandatory
