About the role We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Ticket Sales professional to join our team in Medan, North Sumatra. . As a Ticket Sales specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, promoting and selling Airlines tickets and give information to potential customers while delivering exceptional customer service whilst building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications Min. Bachelor degree (S1), no immediate plans for further studies Proactive in learning products and general knowledge.

No health issues physically & mentally that may interfere with job performance Fluent in English (conversation and written, required) Strong telemarketing skills (polite and engaging communication)

Proven sales ability and able to meet sales targets. Ability to speak Hokkien is a preferred skill Computer user active, fast typing skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong interest in domestic and international tours. Able to manage social media content for Instagram, TikTok etc. Minimum 1 years of experience in banking services or sales telemarketing,
