Kualifikasi

• Min 1 year of experience in Sales / Direct Selling B2C
• Previous Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Education related roles is a plus.
• Committed to delivering excellent service, with a proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills.
• Hardworking and results driven person.
• Willing to work on a shift-based scheduled as assigned.
• Basic Computer Skills (CRM, Spreadsheets, Messaging Tools).
• Passion for Education and helping people grow their skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Job Descriptions :
• Providing sales consultation based on their needs and interest. Deliver effective sales pitch and closing deals.
• Pitch the most suitable program and showcase comprehensive up selling action to our products.
• Follow up with leads and potential students via phone, chat, or email when required.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Creating Sales management and managing student database.
• Build strong rapport and trust with costumers and maintain good relationships to ensure their willingness to enroll and collect potential referrals.
• Serve as front desk staff, welcoming and greeting walk in visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Assist visitors by showing the facilities and creating a positive first impression of the learning environment.
• Providing accountable sales reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Academic teams to achieve enrollment targets.
