PT Halley & Mellowes Australasia PT Halley & Mellowes Australasia is a subsidiary of Halley & Mellowes Pty Ltd in Australia (HMA Group). The HMA Group of Companies specializes in the supply of Material Handling Equipment, Wear Resistant Linings, Boiler Maintenance, Instrumentation and Valving Solutions. Our wide range of equipment is used in many industries including the Process, Power Generation, Mining, Water, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas industries We are seeking an experienced sales person to assist with the rapid sales growth in the HMA Group businesses in Indonesia. Someone with strong interpersonal skills to assist with the rapid sales growth in the Geotechnical Instrumentation business in Indonesia. This role will play a critical part in identifying and developing new and expanded business opportunities in the region to achieve the sales plan through effective client and team partnerships.

The position will involve visiting Customers and identifying opportunities for HMA products, following up on project activity, gathering of new inquiries, and sales presentations to key account customers. An appropriate remuneration package including a fully maintained company vehicle will be negotiated with the successful applicant. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and most likely will have a Geotechnical/Civil Engineering degree, geotechnical instruments trade or engineering certificate, and a proven track record in selling geotechnical instruments in the territory. This is a position for somebody who desires increased challenge and responsibility, prospects for advancement within the HMA Group are high.

Sales Engineer - Geotechnical (Jakarta Selatan-DKI Jakarta) Responsibilities:

The successful candidate for this position will have a STRONG DRIVE to succeed and enthusiasm, coupled with relevant experience and industry contacts in the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following. Develop new customers and expand existing markets. Set sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets, projecting expected sales volume and profits.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting business relationships with customers and channels partner. Travelling to the remote customer when necessary needed Drive sales, monitor, track, and review sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met.
