Position Overview We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and field services for our industrial electrical systems. You'll handle installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of combustion systems at client sites across Indonesia. This role requires strong Electrical skills and the ability to work independently on complex industrial equipment—ensuring our electrical systems operate safely and efficiently throughout their lifecycle Key Responsibilities Supervise and assist with electrical system installation at client sites Perform commissioning and startup testing of new electrical systems Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and servicing of existing electrical installations Accompany Sales Engineers on site assessments to provide technical input on electrical specifications Prepare detailed service reports documenting work performed, findings, and recommendations Train client operations and maintenance teams on electrical system operation and basic troubleshooting Provide emergency technical support for critical electrical system failures Travel nationwide to support clients across industrial segments Required Qualifications Diploma (D3) or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering At least 2 years of working experience Willingness to travel to client sites in Jakarta and other cities 60-70% of the
