PT Sheel Oil Indonesia is seeking an experienced Tank Farm Assistant Manager for its facility in KEK Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, Sumatera Utara. This strategic role involves overseeing daily operations of oil loading, unloading, storage, and distribution to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate daily tank farm operations (unloading, transferring, storage, loading); Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks of tanks, pipelines, pumps, and equipment; Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance; Respond to and manage emergency situations (spills, equipment failures); Liaise with external stakeholders (transporters, customers, regulatory authorities); Support the Commercial Manager in developing operational procedures; Prepare reports on operational metrics, safety incidents, and maintenance activities.
