Posisi manajerial di Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia yang berfokus pada keunggulan Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) di seluruh operasi hilir. Peran ini memimpin penerapan standar kerangka kerja SHE global, memastikan kepatuhan regulasi, dan membangun budaya Zero Harm di organisasi.
Tanggung jawab: Drive the deployment and implementation of Unilever SHE Framework Standards (FWS) across downstream operations; Ensure compliance with applicable SHE standards through gap assessments, risk evaluations, and timely implementation of corrective action plans; Lead the development of SHE culture and behavioral safety programs to support a Zero Harm workplace; Partner with HR and relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver SHE capability-building and safety training programs; Maintain accurate SHE documentation, performance records, and timely reporting through SHENet and other relevant systems; Lead Contractor Safety, Process Safety, and Environmental programs within the downstream area; Conduct SHE audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations; Collaborate with site SHE teams to align local practices with Unilever's global SHE strategy and standards; Benchmark and replicate SHE best practices; Support continuous improvement initiatives.
