Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia mencari Process Engineer Downstream Assistant Manager yang analitis untuk mendorong optimalisasi proses, keunggulan manufaktur, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan di operasi manufaktur hilir. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memastikan pengiriman produk berkualitas tinggi secara konsisten.
Tanggung jawab: Lead process improvement initiatives and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, SHE); Ensure downstream manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, production, and compliance requirements; Maintain process documentation, operating standards, and technical specifications; Deliver process optimization initiatives for productivity improvement and cost savings; Support implementation of new products, technology improvements, and process modifications.
