Kami mencari HSSE Manager berpengalaman untuk bergabung secara penuh waktu guna memimpin implementasi program kesehatan, keselamatan, keamanan, dan lingkungan secara menyeluruh di setiap proyek konstruksi dan operasional guna melindungi tenaga kerja dan kelestarian lingkungan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE policies, procedures, and standards aligned with Indonesian regulations and international best practices; Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements; Lead incident investigations, analyse root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate future occurrences; Provide HSSE training and induction programmes to all personnel, ensuring employees understand their responsibilities and safe working practices; Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and crisis management protocols; Monitor and report HSSE performance metrics, including incident rates, near-misses, and compliance status to management and stakeholders; Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and third-party agencies to ensure adherence to local and national legal requirements; Manage environmental assessments and mitigation measures to minimise the ecological impact of construction activities; Promote a proactive safety culture through toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee engagement initiatives; Maintain comprehensive HSSE documentation, records, and reporting systems.
