Talent Acquisition (Temp. 1 Year)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Implement recruitment planning and administration in accordance with CMA CGM recruitment policies and procedures. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, review job descriptions, and initiate job requisitions in the MyHR system.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through internal and external channels including recruitment agencies, universities, professional networks, and industry contacts. Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases to support current and future workforce needs. Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and reference checks.

Support onboarding activities including induction sessions, office tours, and maintaining new joiner records in the MyHR system while coordinating with relevant departments. Coordinate and setup HR Calendar activities including scheduling sessions, event sessions, preparing materials, tracking records in CMA CGM Academy, and maintaining training documentation. Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, HR calendars, and relevant documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies.

Provide HR support and coordination with PT CMA Ships Indonesia departments including Crewing, Manning, Payroll, and Learning & Development. Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and administration. Perform ad hoc HR duties or projects as assigned.
