A leadership role at I-pex Indonesia Inc in Bintan, Riau Islands, focused on overseeing injection moulding operations. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high quality standards, and leading a team of technicians to meet operational goals while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee and manage all injection moulding operations; Monitor injection moulding equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance; Lead, supervise and train a team of injection moulding technicians; Conduct regular quality inspections of moulded products; Implement and enforce health, safety and environmental (HSE) protocols; Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities; Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation; Investigate and resolve production issues and process deviations.
