Perusahaan ini mengedepankan efisiensi operasional dan visual merchandising yang menarik di seluruh gerai ritelnya. Sebagai Store Planogram Staff, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung perencanaan tata letak gerai, penempatan produk, dan eksekusi visual merchandising. Tugas utama Anda meliputi koordinasi planogram untuk pembukaan gerai baru atau renovasi, memantau alokasi stok agar sesuai dengan pedoman komposisi produk dan kapasitas gerai, serta mengelola data planogram secara akurat menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare, coordinate, and ensure the timely completion of planograms for new store openings and store renovations in accordance with company standards and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs); Monitor and ensure stock allocation at each branch complies with established product composition guidelines and the store's capacity; Ensure product composition and placement are aligned with each branch's requirements and capacity; Maintain accurate planogram data, stock composition records, and related documentation using Microsoft Excel; Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational alignment.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Statistics, Management, or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Excellent in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data processing, analysis, and reporting; Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accurate in handling data; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good communication and coordination skills; Able to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
