Tanggung jawab: Install, upgrade, and maintain IT assets (hardware, software, telecommunication, and networking); Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; Provide day-to-day support through ticketing helpdesk; Regularly monitor and maintain IT assets; Offer remote assistance to users outside the main office; Ensure compliance with IT policies; Requirements :; Hardware Troubleshooting; Operating System (Windows 7/10/11, Windows Server 2008/2012); Remote Desktop Licensing; File Sharing & Access; Firewall; Networking (Network Security, Managed Switch); Backup / Network Attach Storage; Mobile Device Management; Excellent Problem-Solving Skilss; Team Player.
