Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical System Analyst, Technical Solution Analyst, System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Software Engineer with strong system analysis experience. Experience in designing and delivering system integration , enterprise applications, or data-driven solutions. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred. Programming or software development background is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, system design, interface specifications, and data mappings. Strong knowledge of system integration , APIs, middleware, secure file transfer (SFTP), and enterprise application architecture. Proficient in SQL (preferably MS SQL Server) for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. Experience with Data Warehouse, ETL, or data integration concepts is an advantage. Familiarity with data security, access control, encryption, and regulatory standards within the financial industry. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and system impact analysis skills.
