Posisi Pharmacy Technician (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian/TTK) memegang peran vital dalam memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian di lingkungan rumah sakit sesuai dengan standar profesional, peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, serta kebijakan internal rumah sakit. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi mulai dari penerimaan, penyimpanan, penyiapan, peracikan, pendistribusian obat, hingga pemantauan persediaan dan tanggal kedaluwarsa. Peran ini juga menuntut kerja sama yang erat dengan dokter, perawat, dan tenaga kesehatan profesional lainnya demi menjamin keselamatan pasien dan mutu layanan farmasi yang optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Provide pharmaceutical services in accordance with professional standards, laws and regulations, and hospital policies; Receive, store, prepare, dispense, and distribute medications and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with established procedures; Ensure the safe and effective management of medications and pharmaceutical supplies by adhering to quality assurance, medication safety, and patient safety standards; Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care; Manage and monitor inventory, storage, and expiration dates for medications and pharmaceutical supplies; Participate in quality improvement initiatives, accreditation activities, and the development of pharmaceutical services at the hospital.
