Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain the visual identity of Torch across various platforms; Create graphics for marketing materials, campaigns, social media, and packaging; Track and analyze design results through performance metrics; Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns; Design for both digital and print platforms; Stay informed about fashion industry trends; Provide art direction for photoshoots; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Manage multiple design projects simultaneously; Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications Design; Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio in fashion retail projects; Deep understanding of fashion trends and styles; Strong creative and conceptual thinking with an eye for detail; Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects; Effective communication skills; Robust portfolio showcasing fashion-related work; Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and brand guidelines.
