ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a senior, operational Production Manager to assume full leadership and operational oversight of our newly commissioned manufacturing facility in the Jabodetabek area. You will hold ultimate accountability for plant performance, cost control, and output, directly managing the PPIC function and the production floor to meet executive business targets.

ABOUT THE ROLE 1.⁠ ⁠Hold ultimate accountability for the factory floor, machinery utilization (OEE), and meeting daily/monthly production targets. 2.⁠ ⁠Recruit, train, mentor, and directly manage the production supervisors, factory workers, and the PPIC team.

3.⁠ ⁠Approve and continuously optimise production workflows and factory layout for maximum production rate/productivity. 4.⁠ ⁠Set and manage overall production budgets, authorize Bill of Materials (BOM) standards, and drive factory-wide cost-reduction strategies. 5.⁠ ⁠Oversee relationships with critical local and overseas suppliers, driving high-level procurement negotiations to minimize costs.

REQUIREMENTS 1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2.⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Specialist or equivalent manufacturing leadership role.
