We focus on providing reliable and efficient equipment solutions for the paper, tissue, and carton box industries. Our company develops and fabricates customized machinery and conveyor systems to support material handling and production processes within paper mills, tissue manufacturing plants, and carton box factories. Position : Mechanical Design Engineer
3. Develop machine layouts, component drawings, and manufacturing drawings to support production activities. 4. Collaborate with project, production, and automation teams to ensure designs meet technical and operational requirements. 5. Review and improve existing machine designs to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
6. Conduct technical calculations, material selection, and design verification. 7. Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning phases. 8. Ensure all drawings and documentation are maintained and updated according to project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- 1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design, machine design, or conveyor system design (strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- 3. Proficient in AutoCAD for creating engineering and fabrication drawings.
- 4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- 5. Good understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and fabrication methods.
- 6. Familiarity with steel structures, conveyor systems, machine frames, shafts, rollers, bearings, and mechanical components.
- 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 8. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- 9. Willingness to travel for machine installation, commissioning, and technical support when required
- 1. Experience in designing industrial machinery, conveyor systems, or material handling equipment.
- 2. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding structures, and machine assembly processes.
