Perusahaan bergerak di bidang pengolahan hasil laut dan produksi pakan/produk berbasis kelautan yang berkomitmen pada pemanfaatan bahan baku secara berkelanjutan dan efisien. Perusahaan berfokus pada pengembangan rantai pasok hulu serta peningkatan nilai tambah dari produk samping perikanan. Sebagai Sourcing Staff untuk Raw Material & Supply Development, Anda akan bertanggung jawab secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif dalam mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan mengelola jaringan pemasok bahan baku di sektor hulu perikanan. Peran ini menuntut mobilitas tinggi untuk melakukan kunjungan lapangan, membangun kemitraan strategis dengan nelayan, pemilik kapal, koperasi, dan pengolah ikan, serta menganalisis kelayakan komersial dari setiap peluang pasokan baru guna mendukung kelancaran operasional produksi secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and develop new sources of fish raw materials and by-products for the production of fishmeal, fish oil, fish solubles, and other marine-based products; Build and maintain relationships with fishermen, fishing boat owners, fish processors, cooperatives, and other upstream suppliers; Conduct field visits and supplier assessments to understand raw material availability, volume, quality, pricing, and collection feasibility; Develop and manage sourcing projects, including potential collaborations with fishermen to utilize unused or lower-value fish materials and processing by-products; Negotiate sourcing terms, pricing, supply arrangements, and collection mechanisms with suppliers; Coordinate with internal teams, particularly Production, Operations, Quality, and Logistics, to ensure sourced materials meet operational and quality requirements; Monitor supplier performance, including volume, quality, consistency, pricing, and delivery/collection reliability; Analyze the commercial feasibility of new sourcing opportunities and prepare recommendations for management; Maintain accurate records of suppliers, sourcing activities, project progress, volumes, and costs; Continuously explore new sourcing areas and opportunities to expand the company's raw material supply network; Work independently on sourcing initiatives while keeping close coordination with management; This role focuses on upstream sourcing and supply development and operates separately from the Sales function.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science, Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, or a related field; Minimum 2–3 years of experience in raw material sourcing, procurement, supply development, fisheries, seafood processing, marine products, agribusiness, or a related industry; Experience dealing directly with fishermen, fishing boat owners, suppliers, cooperatives, fish processors, or other upstream stakeholders is highly preferred; Strong understanding of raw material sourcing, supplier development, negotiation, and supply management; Comfortable conducting field visits and developing supplier networks in different locations; Able to assess sourcing opportunities based on volume, quality, pricing, logistics, and supply continuity; Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; Able to develop and manage project-based sourcing initiatives from initial supplier identification through implementation; Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate the commercial feasibility of new sourcing opportunities; Willing to travel frequently to fishing areas, supplier locations, ports, processing facilities, and other sourcing sites; Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a field-oriented role with limited supervision; Strong interest in developing sustainable and efficient utilization of fish by-products and unused fish materials.
