Solutions Architect di Cloud Sales Centre (CSC) AWS akan bermitra dengan berbagai tim untuk membantu pelanggan merancang arsitektur cloud yang skalabel, fleksibel, dan tangguh. Peran ini melibatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan bisnis pelanggan, mulai dari startup hingga perusahaan besar, serta memberikan panduan mengenai praktik terbaik cloud dan migrasi beban kerja. Sebagai bagian dari tim ASEAN CSC Solution Architecture, Anda akan berkolaborasi lintas fungsi dengan tim penjualan, operasional, mitra, dan pemasaran. Anda akan berperan sebagai pembangun (builder) yang membentuk arah produk dan layanan melalui umpan balik pelanggan, sekaligus memimpin diskusi teknis untuk memecahkan tantangan kompleks dan mendorong pertumbuhan pendapatan.
Tanggung jawab: Serve as a key technical member of the Solutions Architecture team, helping to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform; Drive technical solutions discussions with your customers, diving deep into the details to solve complex technical challenges; Work backwards from your customer's business needs to accelerate adoption of the most appropriate AWS technology; Gather feedback from customers whilst collaborating with our engineering and service teams.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree; Experience creating proof of concepts, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or leveraging reusable components; Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences; Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
