Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering from a Reputable University
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Hand Sketch / 3D Sketch Up and other supporting software
• Have Driving License A & C
• Detail-oriented, thorough, honest, responsible, and committed
• Willing to be assigned to project locations throughout Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan and ensure manpower requirements according to project needs, including coordination of facilities such as meals, accommodation, and transportation
• Monitor manpower attendance and daily workforce activities at the project site
• Ensure availability, utilization, and maintenance of work tools and equipment
• Monitor material availability and prepare monthly material requirement plans based on project schedule and work progress
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement effective work methods and achieve project targets
• Ensure project activities comply with company management systems, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager related to project operations
