Support project execution through engineering activities, drawing reviews, technical coordination, and site monitoring to meet project standards
Tanggung jawab: Plan and ensure manpower requirements according to project needs, including coordination of facilities such as meals, accommodation, and transportation; Monitor manpower attendance and daily workforce activities at the project site; Ensure availability, utilization, and maintenance of work tools and equipment; Monitor material availability and prepare monthly material requirement plans based on project schedule and work progress; Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement effective work methods and achieve project targets; Ensure project activities comply with company management systems, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations; Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager related to project operations.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering from a Reputable University; Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry; Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Hand Sketch / 3D Sketch Up and other supporting software; Have Driving License A & C; Detail-oriented, thorough, honest, responsible, and committed; Willing to be assigned to project locations throughout Indonesia.
