Angel Yeast, a global leader in the yeast and biotechnology industry, is seeking a Commercial Operation Manager. The role involves overseeing sales-related operational processes, including sales order management, customer coordination, payment follow-up, and shipment monitoring. You will also support finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance matters in Indonesia. This position requires a professional with a strong background in operations and finance to ensure smooth business processes and accurate sales order management. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication and coordination within our global operations.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes; Support the sales team in preparing and submitting Sales Orders (SO) accurately and on time; Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding order process.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, finance & tax or related roles; Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred; Strong understanding of operational processes.
