The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing outlet performance to ensure operational excellence and financial targets are met. You will lead the planning and evaluation of daily and monthly outlet performance to achieve EBIT targets, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. In this role, you will develop programs to boost sales through local store marketing initiatives. You are also responsible for managing material usage across all outlets based on inventory targets and leading the team to optimize manpower costs effectively.
