JOB PURPOSE Planning and maintain the ship's cargo can be loaded safely, precisely and can be accounted , administrative reports , ensure operational activities run as standard procedures. This position is a full time on-shore position. 1. Cargo Planning & Stowage Create and optimize load plans to ensure safe, efficient, and balanced cargo stowage. Input and update loadlist data in planning software. Adjust cargo distribution based on vessel stability, draft, and deadweight capacity (DC cert). Ensure compliance with SWL (Safe Working Load) for ship cranes and lifting equipment. Plan rigging and lifting for bulk/heavy cargo to prevent operational delays. 2. Operational Monitoring & Coordination Monitor cargo operations in real-time across all ports to avoid discrepancies. Coordinate with external stakeholder (terminals , agencies, and port authorities) for berth availability and schedules. Track vessel schedules vs. actual arrivals/departures and update stakeholders. Verify ROB (Remaining On Board) conditions and advise on cargo adjustments. 3. Dangerous Goods (DG) & Safety Compliance
