REF GROUP INDONESIA is looking for a Server & IT Equipment Specialist to join our Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, assembling, and preparing enterprise IT equipment before it is delivered to customers. Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of every server we ship. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming IT equipment. Check equipment completeness and physical condition. Register equipment in the inventory management system. Perform diagnostics and hardware testing. Assemble server configurations according to customer requirements. Update BIOS, Firmware, and BMC when required. Perform final quality inspections before shipment. Organize and maintain warehouse storage. Ensure correct labeling and serial number control. Participate in inventory counts. Support the Sales team with technical verification of equipment. Inspect equipment returned under warranty. Assist with packing equipment for shipment when required.
