Materials Engineer

Materials Engineer PT. Korosi Specindo has been providing corrosion monitoring equipment and services to the oil & gas industry since 1994. We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical Materials Engineer to join our Engineering Department. Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering position. Experience in manufacturing for the oil & gas industry is preferred.

Experience with Double Block & Bleed (DBB) valves or related pressure equipment will be an advantage. Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or API Q1 certified company is preferred. Strong knowledge of raw materials commonly used in manufacturing and the oil & gas industry.

Good understanding of ASTM, ASME, API, and other relevant international standards. Good understanding of piping systems and mechanical components. Able to interpret technical drawings and engineering datasheets.

Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
