Job Responsibilities 1. Manage corporate contract administration, including drafting, updating, and improving standard contract templates. 2. Provide daily legal advisory services, draft, review, and revise contracts, and participate in contract negotiations when necessary. 3. Establish and improve the management system for local legal matters in Indonesia, including contracts, guarantees, and other legal documents, and provide legal compliance training. 4. Review company policies, procedures, and internal regulations to ensure legal compliance. 5. Conduct legal due diligence for major business projects, provide legal opinions, and support international business operations and projects. 6. Design legal structures for overseas investment and M&A projects, draft legal documentation, and identify and manage compliance risks throughout project implementation. 7. Monitor and review the execution of key international projects and critical contract types, and implement corrective measures when necessary. 8. Manage significant legal risks related to business operations and establish legal risk early-warning mechanisms through policy improvement, compliance audits, and internal controls. 9. Lead legal support for overseas companies in handling emergencies, disputes, litigation, and non-litigation matters; develop practical solutions and drive implementation to protect the company's interests and minimize potential losses. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law; candidates with international legal experience are preferred. 2. Qualified to practice law in Indonesia (passed the Indonesian Bar Examination). 3. Minimum 5 years of legal experience. 4. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin as working languages.
