Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk memegang posisi Head of Information Technology (IT). Peran kepemimpinan ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam merumuskan arah teknologi dan arsitektur sistem yang selaras dengan strategi bisnis jangka panjang perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengembangan peta jalan (roadmap) teknologi, pengelolaan infrastruktur jaringan dan server, integrasi aplikasi bisnis, serta adopsi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan otomatisasi. Selain itu, posisi ini juga memimpin tim IT secara keseluruhan dalam melakukan transformasi digital dan menjaga standar keamanan sistem informasi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop the IT roadmap, priorities, architecture direction, and operating plan in line with Company strategy; Lead the management and development of network, connectivity, servers, infrastructure, end-user systems, and IT support; Lead the development, enhancement, and integration of internal applications and business systems; Assess needs and do execution across applications, infrastructure, integration, security, and AI adoption for the company; Lead the management and development of IT team covering infrastructure/network, application development, IT support, data, and digital transformation; Prepare budgets and business cases that consider benefits, costs, risks, and team capacity.
Kualifikasi: Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in a managerial or IT leadership position; Strong knowledge of IT architecture, network and infrastructure, software and system integration, and AI and automation; Strong English communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand the company's business strategy and translate it into an IT roadmap; Proven leadership and team development capabilities, with integrity, accountability, problem-solving skills, and an innovation mindset.
